As specialists for the human musculoskeletal system, we offer the most effective approach to help our clients achieve their therapeutic goals. At the outset, we evaluate your current condition and develop a comprehensive and active therapy plan. As part of the treatment the inclusion of all life factors, the formulation of clear goals and regular review of the treatment progress is also essential.
“Exercise is medicine” is our motto. You can select between one on one or group sessions. Our training room is specifically designed for exercise, rehabilitation and physical wellness activities. We have extensive knowledge and expertise in strength, endurance and flexibility training customized to your goals.
Physical therapy plays an important role in prevention, operation avoidance and health management. The goal is to strengthen the body, improve mobility, and identify potential risk factors and problem areas before they become major issues. Lifestyle changes can also have a positive impact on health and quality of life.

Sollten Sie aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht in der Lage sein, in unsere Praxis zu kommen, ist auch eine Behandlung im häuslichen Umfeld möglich.
Dies schließt eine ausführliche Unter-suchung, das Festlegen von Therapieziele, eine Aufklärung über die Therapiemöglichkeiten und die Erstellung eines individuellen Trainingsplans ein.
Wie auch in der KG wird nach einem Assessment eine Behandlungsstrategie entwickelt, die zusätzlich aber nicht limitiert auf manuelle Techniken durch den Therapeut setzt. Ein möglichst aktiver Ansatz wird dabei weiterhin verfolgt.
Das Ziel ist die Verbesserung von Bewegungsabläufen, Kraft, Beweglichkeit der allg. Leistungsfähigkeit, unterstützt durch aber nicht beschränkt auf moderne Trainingsgeräte.
MLD ist Teil der Komplexen Entstauungs-therapie. Diese binhaltet die ebenso wichtigen Lymphgymnastik, Ernährung, Kompression, Hautpflege und Selbstmanagement.

You can book an appointment on “Doctolib” any time. If you don't have an account or don't want it, you can call us during opening hours or send an e-mail anytime.
Depending on your insurance, prices may vary.
Public insured clients have to pay a mandatory fee of 10€+10% of the treatment costs. If for some reason not all sessions are taken, the difference will be reimbursed to you.
Privat insured patients can find our prices “here”. Please make sure the costs will be covered by your insurance.
In case you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel your appointment any time on Doctolib, call us or send an e-mail.
As part of our contract, you agree to cancel or postpone at least 24h before the scheduled appointment. If you have to call it off for some reason and we are unable to find a replacement in time, you will be charged for the amount the treatment would have cost.
Since movement is an integral part of the therapy, please consider bringing comfortable clothing or sports wear. Also a towel would be nice.
Please don't forget your referral and your health insurance card for your first appointment.
Please pay attention to the validity of the referral. Usually it is valid for 28 days after it being issued for non-private prescriptions.

We are not allowed to treat you with that prescription if it is overdue or not issued properly.
If you are privatly insured or want to pay for a session yourself, we are licenced to do that without consulting the doctor first. We provide a proper assessment beforehand to decide wether our services are suited for you.
